FITTLE Leader Among Monitor’s 2022 Top Women in Equipment Finance

The Monitor’s annual list profiles top equipment finance executives who continually demonstrate expertise, influence and innovation in finance leadership.

In the last year, Nicole led the transformation of what was Xerox Financial Services to a global financing business rebranded FITTLE. The company has expanded from a captive leasing operation for Xerox’s print business to a financing solutions provider serving a variety of industries ranging from IT services and software to cleantech.
FITTLE continues to sign new partners, move into industries beyond print, and add new products to its offering. The company is investing in technology, data analytics capabilities, and AI to help build, deploy, and manage innovative financing solutions to meet a wide variety of customer needs.
